Fast-Track—After completing 15 weeks of intensive coursework, you'll have a broad knowledge of leadership and talent management essentials. You'll then put your knowledge to work with a Client Case Study and qualify for the CLTMC designation—Certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach.

Focused—With our intensive leadership and talent management series, you'll benefit from interactive teleclass discussions and coaching role plays, a content-rich training manual numbering more than 200 pages, outside readings, exposure to more than 10 validated/reliable assessments, and live coaching practice with a client.

Functional—Come away with more than a dozen user-friendly forms, exercises, tools, assessments, and ideas to use coaching and developing leaders!

Nancy Branton
Leadership & Talent Management (CLTMC) Program Director, Instructor, and Mentor Coach

Nancy Branton's 30-year career spans human resources, leadership, talent management, career development and coaching experience as a Human Resources Director, Assistant Director, Human Resources Development Consultant, and Internal Coach.

She is well-versed in a full range of leadership and talent management functions, including recruiting and staffing, employee/labor relations, training and development, leadership development, performance management, performance improvement, change management, career development, team-building, conflict resolution, work group analysis and development, coaching supervisors/project leaders, and outplacement.

In addition to her corporate coaching experience, she also serves as president of People Potential Group, providing career, leadership, and life coaching and training. Nancy holds a PCC with International Coaches Federation (ICF), a M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and is a Certified Leadership & Talent Management Coach, Certified Career Management Coach, Certified Job & Career Transition Coach, Certified Life Coach, Certified Behavior Analyst, Certified Myers-Briggs Type Practitioner, and qualified to administer more than 100 assessments.

Business Manager

Lyndsey Lehman is a graduate of California State University, Fresno and has a background in marketing, writing and business administration. Lyndsey has been involved with Leadership Coach Academy since 2001. Currently as Business Manager, she assists with website management, marketing materials, business promotion, network innovation and general administration activities. Susan Britton Whitcomb is a career and life coach, author, speaker, and trainer with more than 20 years' experience in the careers and coaching industries. Susan is the author of the best-selling Job Search Magic: Insider Secrets from America's Career and Life Coach; Interview Magic: Job Interview Secrets from America's Career and Life Coach; and Resume Magic: Trade Secrets of a Professional Resume Writer. Susan is coauthor of eResumes: Everything You Need To Know (McGraw-Hill).

She holds designations as an ACC with International Coaches Federation (ICF), Certified Career Management Coach, Nationally Certified Resume Writer, Master Resume Writer, and Credential Career Master and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®-Certified). A graduate of Institute for Life Coach Training, Susan has also completed Dr. Mike Lillibridge's Executive Coaching Practicum, Dr. Bruce Wilkinson's DreamGiver Coach Training, and a variety of coaching seminars.

In addition to founding Leadership Coach Academy and Career Coach Academy, Susan was Executive Director of Career Masters Institute (now Career Management Alliance), a global association of leading career professionals.
