The EQ Career Strategist coaching program prepares coaches, counselors and consultants to master emotional intelligence coaching skills. The program combines knowledge, feedback, and practice to achieve proficiency in EQ coaching. You will be equipped with coaching techniques, activities, and tools to help leaders, career clients, or teams enhance their EQ in relation to their career, performance and business results. Also, you will have the opportunity to enhance your own EQ skills in your business or career.

Who Should Enroll? It is designed for career practitioners, counselors, coaches, or consultants working with clients who want (or need) to increase EQ to enable their career goals or prevent a career derailment.

12 hours interactive teleclass via teleseminar (six, two-hour sessions)

Certification: Become a “Certified EQ Career Strategist” through Career Coach Academy/Leadership Coach Academy. After EQ classroom training is complete, certification requirements will include:

Completing the optional reading, activities, and questions and submit them to Cynthia Kivland for review and feedback (approximately 8 hours) no later than four weeks after the classroom training.

Having a 1-on-1 coaching call (50 minutes) with Cynthia Kivland (the instructor) to deepen your understanding and sharpen your focus on EQ coaching, no later than four weeks after course completion.

Participating in two, one-on-one EQ coaching sessions (50-minutes each) with another course participant, once as the coach and once as the client. Complete and submit a learning reflection worksheet to your instructor, no later than four weeks after course has ended.

Taking a learning review and correctly answer 75% of questions.

In class, sharing relevant information on an EQ tool, book, coaching application, or other.

Note: You have 4 weeks after the completion of the classroom training to complete all the certification requirements. Upon completion of all the requirements, you will receive a certificate with this credential and can use the designation “Certified EQ Career Strategist.”
