Successful completion of the 15-week Leadership & Talent Management Coach program and Client Case Study entitles you to become a Certified Leadership & Talent Management Coach.

NOTE: The Certification process is optional for those who simply wish to benefit from the program training but who do not wish to earn or maintain the CLTMC designation.
